Many human behaviours come from networks in the brain we are not even aware of and reflect our prejudice, fears and learned patterns. And conflict too is a behaviour.
At Beyond Conflict we combine new brain and behavioral science with years of first hand experience to make reconciliation possible both in the US and abroad. We understand drivers of conflict by identifying the psychological factors involved. We then offer tools to measure them, and propose empowering, science-based interventions to generate positive social change. Because if we understand how people think, we learn, and in that there is hope.
Beyond Conflict puts experience and science to work for peace and social change.
