Here are my top three tips. Write yourself a to-do list, I like to do this either as the last task of my work day or the very first task of my work day. So keep it really realistic and achievable, and as you complete each task, cross them off your list. That way, at the end of the day you can look back and actually see all of the things that you've achieved during the day.
The other thing that I like to try to do is to try and do the hardest tasks, or the ones that you don't really want to do, try and knock them over first because then that will give you momentum for the rest of the day.
My second tip, is to go back to that list in tip number one and add something to it that's for you. Something that you like to do, whether that's going for a walk, or reading or having a cup of tea out in the sunshine, something that's just for you. Something that will give you energy and motivation for your day.
My third tip is you don't need to do everything all by yourself, so one of my favourite quotes in "Teamwork makes the dream work" and it's really true! So have a look within your family, within your networks, your community, your suburb, your friendship networks and see who might be able to help you. Within your family it's an awesome opportunity if you can involve your kids in building your business, it's a great learning opportunity for them to watch you build something. And if not, how can they help you with other things. Things that you need to do around the house, like cooking dinners, those sort of day to day tasks. So in my household we do something called "half an hour of power" and that is all hands on deck for half an hour to get done whatever needs to get done. It doesn't need to be half an hour, you can do 15 minutes of power if that works better for you. You've got this and you're brilliant!
