In 2011, the Ram Truck brand continues to build on The 1500. Besides the new Outdoorsman trim level, Ram 1500 is available with new colors, including Hunter Green Pearl and Deep Cherry Red Crystal Pearl Coat.
A factory spray-in bed liner also is available for 2011 on all models, providing extra protection when transporting material and power-folding mirrors are shared with the Ram 1500's big brother, the Ram Heavy-Duty. An active on-demand transfer case is now standard on the Big Horn, Sport and Laramie 4x4 models offering smart torque transfer for slick surface conditions. Additionally, the Ram 1500 is available with a new navigation system with Garmin technology.
The 2011 Ram Outdoorsman takes all of the features most useful to hunters, fishermen, campers, and boaters, and packages them into one model. Outdoorsman combines convenience, off-road capability and trailer towing hardware in one package with a name that will resonate among its intended users.
