The Youth Music Awards saw some of the best up and coming music artists in the UK being recognised for their musical talents.
With a judging panel made up of industry professionals ranging from record label CEO's to artists such AJ Tracey, Rag n Bone Man, George The Poet and more; as well as a live performance from Young T & Bugsey; this awards ceremony was one to remember!
The majority of the video production crew was made up of young creatives under the age of 25.
As part of the preparation for shooting the award ceremony; myself and some of the older members of the crew ran a training day for the less experienced members of the team and allowed them time to handle the equipment, ask questions, set up lighting and come on a location recce prior to the event.
