Here is the video for my EP “Tryin’ to See the Light”.. I’ve always been obsessed with Americana and it’s lyrical imagery as a songwriter, and in June after quarantine I left New York City, wind in my hair riding a motorcycle across my country. With an amp, a camera and a guitar I played outdoor DIY shows and filmed every week ..And 5000 miles later? This is my song and video for you all.
My ode to the road and tribute to Cash, S.Earle, Hank Williams and all the folk and country singers whom I greatly admire. It’s 100% DIY independent; it is edited / written & directed by me and the songs were all made with friends. The EP is available on bandcamp today, please spread the word, share it with folks and enjoy it. I thank you all for having my back over the years. I know shit is hard out there but we got music and we got each other.
