South West Swing is thrilled to be involved in the 2020 VIC Health's This Girl Can campaign.
Each lesson is beginner friendly & includes:
~ a slow body warm up
~ moderate tempo warm up - basic dance steps
Followed by:
~ Learning a short combination choreography
Final 4th Lesson:
~ We explore how to structure the choreography & dance a whole song together in
Dance to the sweet swinging tunes by Naomi & Her Handsome Devils
*Permission was requested & granted by the band to choreograph to their music with many many thanks - enabling this project to thrive in its making!
