Imwrote this song during a trip to British Columbia. Barb, Ryan, and I were exploring Tofino. One morning I looked out over the Pacific Ocean and realized we had come to the western end of Canada. I thought about the time many years before when I dipped my toe in the Atlantic in St John's, Newfoundland. Somehow the song just jumped out at me and I wrote it down in about half an hour.
