Sonica Glasgow, produced by Cryptic, is an 11-day biennial festival, dedicated to world-class visual sonic arts, presenting exceptional international artists alongside emerging UK talent in diverse venues, city-wide.
Launched at Tramway in 2012, Sonica has presented more than 980 events, reaching over 180,000 people.
2019 highlights included: Yuri Suzuki, Navid Navab, Michela Pelusio, Heather Lander & Alex Smoke, cabosonroque, Kathy Hinde, Verdensteatret, Ela Orleans, Hong Kong Exile, Sue Zuki & Robbie Thomson, Jorge Luis Crowe, Push 1 stop & Wiklow, Alba G. Corral & Lo Kindre, Kian McEvoy, Klara Lewis and ASUNA.
