The ‘Sing the body Elektrk’ (StbE) node is an interactive digital art experience created in honour of past and present influences in feminized cultures of empathetic living radiating through our living planet today.
Design influences: intra-sectional human becomings in the new normals of the past decades and related transitory reckonings in the recent music releases of St Vincent, Josh Radnor, Coldplay, and other works that speak to the cosmic play in a tangled sense of this moment. All the digitally related offerings running through my process this Spring feel like complicated pods of femme-inzed energy rising in us, the land and the aura of this rock we are travelling through space on.
StbE was released into the ether during Glastonbury Festival 2021, to add to the transformative power of this event as a tempo-ral (all musical puns intended) node that marks experiential points from the past, in to the present in to the diffractive future.
