The space shuttles were iconic emblems of the 80s and 90s. The shuttles seemed like science fiction projects in real life and made outer space feel achievable to all of us. Some kids would even go to Space Camp - I know because I found one of their camp shirts at Goodwill and wore it to threads.

There is a simple how-to video within this to create a paper mache plane. Paper mache is a very interesting material, it translates as chewed paper and its been around since ancient Egypt. An apt medium to create an Endeavour replica, since the song is about constellations that predate history.
