“Paranoia” follows Wynn, a restless woman who fears the worst as she checks the corner of her bedroom. As Wynn searches on her laptop for ways to quickly fall asleep, she becomes suspicious of the dark figure sitting on her couch and turns on her phone’s flashlight. After confirming that it is simply a pile of her things, Wynn shrugs it off and eventually falls asleep, only for a mysterious being to visit her while she rests. A common anxiety that we tend to brush aside may result in unexpected consequences. This two-minute horror short speaks on the irrational but relatable concerns we all have had once the lights are off.
