The concept of "Papa Pizza Hands" came to life when Carey was about to pick up his grandson, Jeremy, but had pizza on his hands...the rest is history. "This song enabled me to use my creative talents and passion in a project dedicated to my grandson, with a fun theme that everyone can relate to, especially for Chicago style pizza. My hope is for Jeremy to cherish this song for the rest of his life."

This song was the third collaborative effort with International Rap Artist, and long time friend, Kosha Dillz. Carey explained, "Kosha and I finalized the lyrics and worked with our producer, Or Haim Ben David, to create the perfect melody that was catchy, fun and appropriate for all ages. What made this experience even more special was that we recorded the tracks and the music video in Israel."

Carey's grandson knows how to say "PAPA" and Carey used Jeremy's own words to close out the song's music video.
