This ones a more up tempo work-in-progress.
Over the years I’ve spent many a weekend down in Newport RI walking around the pier in the downtown area listening to the music in the open air coming from all the restaurant's patios and of course Fort Adams and the Jazz Festival. So yesterday was a cold raw dreary day and I was thinking about all that along with this melody thats been in my head for a while now. So after a couple of takes the idea started taking shape and this is where it's at so far. I like to record these ideas because I don't write anything down and it helps me remember where I was when I work on these tunes later. I'll be working this one again, I kinda like it. Hope you enjoy it
