When we look at a bird book there are lots of birds in there that we don't easily see from land. These are the pelagic birds, that spend most of their lives out in the ocean, only coming to land to breed, many only on isolated islands. The Southern ocean between Australia/NZ and Antarctica has a very diverse fauna of seabirds, many of which that will come to food. Filmed in NZ where geology provides easy access to places where pelagic birds can be found. This film is a shortened version of vimeo.com/263680382
