Sometimes, after a big storm there is treasure to be found in the dawn sands. There were countless 4am wake ups to scour the shores with headlamps. Looking for an elusive and rare sunrise shell. After one of the biggest ocean swells in a decade, one finally appeared out of the waves. As if truly gifted to me. No other shells in sight, sitting there alone, this sunrise shell.
Finding this shell gave me an idea for this short film. What kind of gifts may we find along the way of life?
