Dancers Unlimited (DU) is a bi-coastal professional dance company based in NYC and Hawaii. DU creates authentic movement narratives for the advancement of our communities through creative collaboration, performances, and community engagement projects.

In 2020, DU needs a total of $20,000 in annual operating funds as we continue cultivating individual growth through dance and elevating the strength that resides within the artistic community (yes, YOU reading, you’re included!). We hope to have YOUR help in raising $12,000 to kickstart our efforts towards three major initiatives in 2020:

Growing MoveMEANT for Every Body, DU’s new community program that comprises of movement workshops, discussions, and space for expression, reflection, and deep transformation.
Providing consistent part-time salaries for at least three company dancers to honor and deepen their capacity for creative exploration within DU and expand community engagement in NYC, Hawaii and beyond
Increasing administrative support including hiring a dedicated development director towards greater financial stability and consultants to revamp our digital media library and resources.
DU is at a pivotal point of growth, and we are ready to sail to new horizons! Your generous support will help us build on this year’s success and embark on another decade of dance-making and global community building.
