En numérisant les multipistes de l’album "À partir de maintenant" de Johnny, la découverte a été faite : deux prises de voix d’Hallyday et Balavoine étaient sur la même bande 2 pouces. On savait qu’à l’époque des pré-mix d’un duo avaient été réalisés mais que le projet avait été abandonné.
La bande magnétique si précieuse a été nettoyée et recalibrée au studio Tonehouse, sous l’œil vigilant d’Andy Scott, qui a travaillé avec Daniel Balavoine de son premier 45 tours jusqu’à son ultime album.
Le titre peut être redécouvert, parce qu’il a enfin été mixé, tout simplement !
