Synopsis - “Cryptic Revenant” commences with a young man awakening then quickly cutting to an alarm clock going off with a close up of an eye following it. The protagonist has a dream of himself in a suit with a red filter placed over the shot confirming it’s a dream whilst he flicks his long hair slowly and stares intensely at the camera. The alarm goes off once again with the man being awoken by the blaring noise with the close up of the eye-opening following again. This time it appears that he has finally woken up and goes to open the blinds to make sure he didn’t sleep in. But as he opens the blinds a hand is seen clutching at his window terrorising the man. Once again, the alarm clock goes off and the man finally awakens from his slumber. He sits up and his dreams flash before him as he breathes a sigh of relief. But then the screen turns black and white and he begins to smile. The clock now reading 12:01 is clutched at a by dark figure with a heavy metal rock song beginning to play as the credits begin.

Log-Line - A young man is awoken from his dark slumber by his alarm clock leading him down a path of cryptic visions in his sleep whilst attempting to discover what it all means.
