I had talked to my ex-boyfriend. He told me that his new love – a journalist - is a free person and really „comfortable in her skin“.

This was the moment I painfully realized which I knew all the time anyways. I´ve not been comfortable in my skin for basically my whole life. How crazy is that? One life, one body. A thousand expectations to meet - mine was the hardest. Writing this song, making this track was the beginning of a transforming journey to recover from that insanity.
