"Pink Print" is the second video Antillectual shot with film maker Ivo van Aart, a young Dutch director. The song is about the discrepancy between Sunday speeches and reality: women are still and very often not treated as equals - in society in general but also in our own little punk & H.C.-scene. In order to celebrate male-female equality, the band thought it would be nice to get their asses kicked by a group of strong ladies.
Mission accomplished!
The song "Pink Print" is from Antillectual's 4th album "Perspectives & Objectives", a proof of the band's evolution towards more compact, serious yet accessible songs and messages, keeping it always melodic and energetic.
With a sound firmly rooted in the combustible, dynamic punk of the '90's skate scene while incorporating hints of modern emo, orgcore and even metal, the band’s sound is very distinctive with a sense of urgency that resonates in each and every song.
The band laconically: "We manage to create our own unique blend of stolen riffs and borrowed songs"
