Just like our daily life, Chef Àlex Calderó’s cuisine suffered the full brunt of this crisis, he had to adapt and reinvent himself in this world that no longer makes sense.
Almagama plunges us into his culinary universe where everything seems simple and unique, distant but connected, a place where every little thing lives by itself but which gradually finds its place and brings a whole new meaning at the end.
