Perform jumping jacks for the 1-minute duration of the song, but if you hear "Veggie Tales", drop and perform a burpee (push-up to squat-jump). Aim for a flat back in your pushup, and reach for the ceiling when you jump up. Knees shouldn't go past your toe in the squat-jump.
