A one-of-a-kind destination marathon race that celebrates the majestic beauty of the lands in Yunnan province of southern China. Taking place in the enchanting Puzhehei scenic area featuring hundreds of green karst land formations surrounded with crystal clear waters providing breathtaking views. These undeveloped lands are known have some of the purest air quality in China. A combination that provides runners a truly unique experience that they will remember for a lifetime.
Featuring 42k Full Marathon, 21k Half Marathon, 10k and 5k Fun Run distances. The course will have runners going through a series of connected land areas encountering a mix of paved and dirt farm roads, stone pathways, bridges, and stairs while climbing the Green Dragon Mountain. From the top you will experience spectacular panoramic views of the beautiful lands and waters.
An adventure race that spans a weekend as runners will participate in a welcome celebration by local Puzhehei natives, then the day before the race runners can participate in a spectacular course preview by cave and boat tour (a major highlight!), followed by a healthy runner dinner to fuel up for the race the following morning.
