Join Fred Fox in an exclusive interview with Eric Walters as part of a live virtual presentation with Eric and two other authors who will give motivational perspectives on what Terry Fox accomplished.
Mary Beth Leatherdale is the award-winning author of 'Terry and Me'.
Elizabeth MacLeod is an award-winning author of more than 70 books which have won numerous awards including the Normal Fleck Award for Canadian Children’s non-fiction. She will discuss her book Meet Terry Fox.
Eric Walters has written over 120 books which have won more than 100 awards including most recently the Governor General’s Award for children’s literature. He will discuss his book Run.
Special Guest: Mr. Fred Fox will be joining us to discuss his younger brother Terry and Fred’s ongoing work with The Terry Fox Foundation. He’ll provide insights you’ve never heard before!
It's a one-hour live virtual presentation for grades 4-9 that includes a fun q&a session. Your students will enjoy an engaging and motivational presentation to give reading and writing a boost for the rest of the school year.
The registration fee for all classrooms and students in a school is $175. Or you can opt to register as a class for $75. Or as a home-school family for $10.
For schools, if you are unable to make the live event, the recorded version will include your school logo, and greetings from the authors to your students. (You’ll also have this option when you register.)
This is a registration link only -- two days before the event, you will get zoom links for each of the two presentations. (For as much flexibility as possible, you will get access to either or both times -- 11:00 a.m. Eastern or 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Also, if you can't make either time, you can register for a personalized recording of the event to your school or classroom.)
