“Dude.” is an absurdist coming-of-age dark-comedy about Matthew, a self-conscious 16-year-old who struggles to tame his ego. After failing to impress his crush and embarrassing himself, he tells the camera to stop recording. The camera refuses to cut, provoking Matthew to raise his voice and resort to physical intimidation--all of which encourages his peers to cheer for more. The camera continues to follow Matthew wherever he goes, until the two develop a profound connection and drives Matthew towards a destructive outburst.

We are hoping to raise $2,000 to help bring Dude. to life! All funds will contribute towards:

- Production Design 
- a Stunt Coordinator 
- a Make-up Artist 
- Costume Design 
- Location Fees
- Helping to feed our hard-working crew 

All money raised exceeding $2,000 will be donated to the Anti-bullying foundation Pink Shirt Day (pinkshirtday.ca.) We hope to encourage others like Matthew who are finding it difficult to cope with hormonal changes and social pressures.  (You will still receive the perks!)
