Unable to produce a planned short film due to COVID-19, Harry Valentine and Samantha Valentine decided to produce something new that they could film safely in lockdown. They came up with DROWNED OUT: a fun horror short shot entirely on iphones, inside a single small room in their apartment, under strict quarantine. The result is a strange and surreal 5-minute ride that's a bit more than it seems.
