Fancy a challenge without having to go further than your front doorstep? Why not give this pyramid workout a go??

Start with one rep of each move (for lunges and mountain climbers that means one rep on each leg) then build this up to 5 reps of everything and then work your way back down! You can spice it up by adding 60 secs of running around your driveway or garden or on the spot in between each set. Spice it up even more by going all the way up to 10 reps & back down!

Always make sure you warm up before you start!
