Starting it off, we have a few fundraising opportunities we’d love your help with and want to tell you more about. We have our tumbler fundraiser still going on to support our Kenya Missions Team who is returning to Africa this summer. If you’d love to rep the church with a cool cup, then stop by the coffee shop after service and grab yourself a dark grey Capstone tumbler for $15 with all profits going towards helping these missionaries.

We also have two new Kenya fundraisers, first of which is we’ll begin selling popcorn again after service starting today for just $1 a bag, so be sure to stop by the popcorn stand in the foyer to grab yourself a tasty snack. The second new fundraiser is an enchilada lunch fundraiser coming up after service in just two weeks on March 1st! For just $8, you’ll get a full meal with rice, beans, a drink, and a dessert, again with all proceeds going towards our Missions Team, so come hang out with us and fellowship over delicious food on March 1st.

The last of our fundraising opportunities is for our Youth group and it’s our annual envelope fundraiser. This fundraiser was such a blessing last year and we are excited to bring it back to help our youth go to camp plus support some other activities throughout the year. How it works is really simple, just choose an envelope or multiple envelopes matching the amount you’d like to contribute, sign them out on the clipboard at the info booth to pledge your donation, then return them either to the office or drop the envelope with the donation in one of the donation boxes located around the building. Make checks out to Capstone with the memo “Youth Camp” or “Envelope.” You can also give online at simplechurchgiving.net/App/Giving/capspo141, simply select Youth Fund and enter “Camp” or “Envelopes” in the Ministry line.

Lastly, our seniors are taking a special trip to Branson Missouri later this year in September, and will be spending a few days doing a lot of fun activities. If you want to learn more about it, head to the info booth and grab an informational printout which will fill you in on everything you need to know about the trip. If you decide you’d like to go, fill out the reservation form attached to the printout and drop it with your down payment to either a dropbox from around the building or up to the office anytime during the week!
