A month ago, I got the news of Burning Crusade launching on WoW classic servers. I had the idea of taking one month to do a personal project about this game and this world I once loved so much. I would like to make a CGI trailer with moody scenes and strong pace.
This one-month production time was a bit tight for me. Besides finding inspirations of WoW, there were a lot of technical issues and workload that made me mad and took much time to solve. So I'm quite pleased to see the film gradually revealed itself to me in the end.
I started my first year in high school when BC first launched. And my passion for CG and movie-making was ignited around the same time. Now it's been more than a decade. I'm still just an ordinary guy with no fancy titles or great projects to show off. However I think I still got the passion for those things I loved ten years ago. And that's enough.
