The Universe is an interactive video installation based on a common Indigenous ideology of a three-tiered universe––the celestial, terrestrial and underworld. I used imagery of water, point of view footage from my life, and sky imagery for the participant to transfer through the 3 layers based on the position of their body indicated by the projected floor design. Their body controls the play of the film and sound. The images are projected on three columned panels to indicate the multi-dimensions of time, depth, and space.
