"The Long Profile" (first feature film by Miguel Guzman) depicts two parallel, crisscrossed, convergent, overlapped, and divergent travels: Argentina and Manuel –both biologists in reality and fiction– meet whilst they research the memory processes in their Confocal Microscopy cabins.
Their failed meeting will trigger two shared trips –perhaps not just virtually– towards the present they both wished to attain, unconsciously.
The film was shot in Namibia, South Africa, San Francisco and Madrid in 2018.
