The Hero's Journey to the Third Pole is a feature length documentary film. Directors: Andri Snær Magnason, Anní Ólafsdóttir. Icelandic pop icon comes out as bipolar after running against the Reykjavík Marathon. He inspires Anna Tara, an Icelandic woman raised in the jungles of Nepal to speak out about her disease as well. With Nepali friends she organises a mental health awareness concert in Katmandu. The Third Pole is a story of an unexpected friendship and shared experiences about difficult issues.
