The journey of love between Tanya & Sagar and the journey of deep bonds today between our founder, designer Rachna Chadha with the two families is a true reflection of the above quote.

Tanya Vadhera & Sagar Mistry met on a dating app and are happily married today. Manoj Vadhera, the bride’s Tanya’s father and Sagar Mistry the groom, did their complete homework on wedding planners and wedding design companies in India and Dubai. Finally went ahead with BAQAA! Rachna Chadha put in her hard work and passion for over a year into the project. Through the turbulent graphs of Covid in 2021, with hundreds of zoom meetings, watsapp messages, emails, one single personal meeting with the couple and brides parents Manoj and Vanu in December for the big fat Indian wedding in January, she designed and executed 6 back to back events over 3 days! All this was definitely orchestrated by a master painter above. An email below from our handsome groom and beautiful bride - all we need is LOVE!

Wow. Words really cannot do justice to the wedding that you and your team at BAQAA managed to pull off for us.

After nearly a year of planning with you, the final product delivered was beyond our greatest dreams. You have been great to work with and your deliverables were 20/10. The contacts you have managed to develop over your many years as a top wedding planner meant we were able to gain access to locations for events that nobody had done in the past.

Guests checked in on 29th January and we escorted them to the first event – Mehendi which had the stunning décor, colour, joy, singing, dancing games and more. The same evening was the White party by the beach with water drummers, exotic cocktails, wild music, dancing and craziness to another level.

30th January the big Haldi celebration which was as big as the Mehendi event with live singing, games, flower shower, fun with water pistols, food, garba with dandiyas( a festival dance of Gujrat, India), Phoolon ki holi ( a festival of India of colored flower petals, powder colour and water). The couple and the guests had a blast to say the least! The evening which followed was surreal with an exclusive desert resort booked for a Sufi & Sangeet night. The Arabian Nights set up was breathtaking. Our couple looked like an Arabian Prince and Princess. Every guest was dressed to the theme.

The D Day – 31st January, the day of blessings and happily ever after for Tanya and Sagar. Morning prayers and religious ceremonies, the baraat and the dream setting of the wedding ceremony on a custom built wooden platform extending close to the sea, white carpet, white drapes and the floral mandap of dreams in thousands of pastel fresh flowers! Tanya and Sagar said to our founder and designer Rachna Chadha – you gave us a wedding of our dreams. The wedding reception was in red and gold. Rich, enchanting, romantic, deep, glamourous with flowers in shades of red and burgundy enhanced with hundreds of candles. The Sofitel ballroom was transformed from the ceiling to the floor into a magical garden of flowers and chandeliers. Tanya and Sagar looked chic in all black.
