Both family and hospital staff celebrate 18 Month old Ibrahim Kamara’s recovery from Ebola. Earlier in the film, we see Ibrahim separated from his mother in a holding facility, as he had tested positive while his mother Kadiatu tested negative for the virus. Ibrahim’s father Potho, powerfully and emotionally expresses his gratitude for the nurses and doctors who cared for his son.
