This is a film of a personal photography portrait project I started on Portobello beach in April 2021 just as the long winter lockdown was finally easing. It's been a tough year for us all and it's so easy to fixate on all the downsides it's brought. So I wanted to mark the positive news of the relaxing of the restrictions and capture just a some of the joy that brings.
