The film ‘Solar Whisper’ accompanies photographer and conservationist David White on a trip through the Rainforest on the only solar assisted electric boat currently run on the Daintree River.
As the human population continues to grow, David tries to protect what is left of the wild by educating people about the importance of coexisting with nature and advocating for the creatures that call this river their home. Aside from showcasing the Daintree River region in the best possible way with the smallest amount of impact, David contributes to the scientific body of research on Saltwater crocodiles through the incredible knowledge that he has gained throughout the 24 years spent on the river.
