A very short student film. On March 19th, 2020, a California stay-at-home order was issued which directed Californians to stay home except for essential activities. College students abruptly went back to their hometowns to do remote instruction and businesses in Isla Vista were temporarily shut down due to COVID-19. I filmed an empty UCSB campus and a college town in IV which has become a ghost town. This was an eerie experience.
