"Rapture (20:50 to 20:53)" is a new performance and film by artist Suzy Kellems Dominik that interrogates the experience of trauma both past and present through spoken word and movement. The project was produced by the artist in the Gros Ventre Wilderness, the national park located in Wyoming, during the country's shelter in place mandates this year. "Rapture" was documented in-the-round via aerial drone and developed into a short film.

Grief is a recurring theme in the artist's work, one that often leads to performed ritual in her projects. The performance is an outgrowth of the artist’s body of work, titled “I Can Feel,” which features an eponymous neon sculpture measuring over 12 feet tall of a neon orgasm. "Rapture (20:50 to 20:53)" was choreographed by the artist to correspond rhythmically with the cadence of the poem she later developed in 2019 as a retrospective reflection on the emotional journey that led to the making of the "I Can Feel" neon.
