Similar to my other Ubisoft video this was another part of the interview process. In this test I was not allowed to use a sample library except for foley work. Everything else had to made with Synths only. I’d not done this type of work before and again I had to borrow a friends studio.
This was a real challenge as I was kind of guessing as I went along. It wasn’t to their liking clearly but I put quite a bit of work into it.
When I asked them for feedback the recruiter completely ignored me, after nearly a month of interviews and they went with a local candidate. I was very miffed to say the least!
