Hi my name is Leon best known as LionDe1st, I'm 24 years I am freelancer filmmaker and editor, I'm based in South Africa I live in Johannesburg full time.
I went to Lady Grey Arts academy I studied visual arts and design from grade 8-12 let, I was diagnosed with cancer during grade 11 I defeated cancer but left me a lot of life changing decisions and opportunities decided to bridge my 2018 at Damelin college did Radio & Tv certificate further my studies at Academy of Television Arts best known Academy of sound engineering COVID-19 pandemic has halted my remaining but I didn't take it as a distraction but used up the free time to link up and work with media industry giants like Ferguson film, Sportscene, Kappa, Skeem Saam, Sneaker Exchange, Emtee, RockingThe Diasies and passion projects...etc I have 3 years experience working as a freelancer.
I don't let change of environment change me or define and I am always open to new ideas and willing to learn from others and take criticism as a learning tool to best understand my achievement & mistakes and how can I do better than the last time.
