‘Kairos’ explores the ongoing fight between ambition and gratitude. It’s a reflective piece based on Ruth, who navigates the challenges that arise for creatives born into a hustle culture, constantly questioning their worth and dealing with imposter syndrome.

This film is based on a true story, one that is close and personal to both Kelly and my own. Being an artist in our own respective fields, it can be tough to honour our creative talents and not let the ‘end goal’ disrupt focusing on the here and now.
