After waking up from a vivid dream, a young woman attempts to remember her thoughts, struggling to capture it on paper as it fades from her mind, before a spark is lit within her mind once again.

Upon experiencing a dream which inspires Sophie, she wakes up and immediately begins writing down her polluted thoughts as they quickly escape her mind. In a haze she scribbles down incoherent messages about life, becoming frustrated at her inability to capture the essence of the idea that so vividly possessed her mind. These messages include sketches which don’t accurately depict the visceral visions of her dream, puzzled, Sophie begins scrawling words that when read together form the basis of a poem. However, these attempts only seem to frustrate Sophie, thus she abandons her notes and stumbles out of her room. Still seeking clarity, Sophie attempts to wake herself by splashing her face with water, although the water washes away the remaining thoughts of her dream. Annoyed, Sophie walks to her living room, when a ray of sunshine glaring through the windows disrupts the calmness Sophie had experienced. The recognition of the fading light outside plunges Sophie back into the chaos that ensued her mind moments before, she moves to her backyard to see the sun-setting over the horizon. With a new spark within her, Sophie stumbles around her backyard, appearing to be fighting to hold on to the dying images of her dream. Whilst the dream becomes corrupted within Sophie’s mind, so too does her vision and understanding of the world around her. She sits down, overwhelmed by the weight of her dreams and the dying light of her world, before falling into her dream again, whether asleep or not is unknown.
