Carel Kabamba’s short film “Decisions” is about where she’d be in life if she trusted every negative opinion in regards to her wanting to pursue the creative industry. She gets anxious about her future at times, and overthinks if she’d be better off listening to what other people have told her. As shown in the short film, she believes she’d be filled with emptiness and regret. She still struggles to make her own decisions but wants to remind herself and others through this film, that things are never a waste of time if it brings you joy in a world filled with a lot of darkness.
