Since the beginning of the sanitary crisis, or body has shifted from a figure of pride to a potential threat for everyone. A fear which leads us to distrust another's body, even the one of our dearests. Besides this mistrusful climate, the confinement has shrinked the space around these bodies, already tensed and anxious. In this context, I gave a whorkshop-therapy at the Cité Internationale des Arts to bring by movement, a common space of evasion and reconnexion to one's bodiness.
By the end of the workshop, we built a performance in the public space. The goal was above all to never break the flow of movement and to keep the group's cohesion from the beginning to the end of the experience. Far from spectacular or demonstration. For thaht, Koki Nakano has composed us an original music which we listened to with headphones during the performance. Leaded by his music during our journey, we took the time to travel through architecture and its textures. With simple animated poses and gestuel complicity, we painted in the city, a moving picture, subtil and tactile.
