6 children aged 9-12 got the amazing opportunity to make a short animation film inspired by the famous poems of Colin West. Facilitated by BAFTA - winner animator Nandita Jain and award-winning filmmaker Helmie Stil. The children used the power of their imagination to create new poems, storyboards, create characters, animate them and even give them voices! Each film premiered on a big screen during the Filmpoem Festival at Depot cinema in Lewes.
