This visual interpretation by filmmakers Robert Seidel and Falk Müller of the second Movement (Allegretto) of Beethoven's 7th Symphony is inspired by Seidel's land-art project "Magnitude" (Epicenter Projects, USA 2015, vimeo.com/134786282).
Landscapes captured in monumental camera angles by Müller are translated into the virtual and digitally collaged with abstract animations and sculptures by Seidel. Enigmatic constellations. Penetrations through space. Romantic suffusions of the self into an unstable terrain…
