Alien Submarine. Exactly what the track sounds like. This is an ambient/drone experimental piece which I developed with the soul purpose of pairing it with a suitable animation. I created an original animation to the song using Cinema 4D. I exported the visuals and then brought them into Max/MSP. From there it was a very steep learning curve but I managed to sync the animation to my track and have all sorts of parameters manipulated based on the amplitude of my song. With a little help from combining other peoples patches and extensive Youtube research, I was able to create something which suits the mood of the song and is also visually pleasing.
