Ābhāsa (Reflection, Splendour) 2021, is a single-channel audio-visual work, produced by Emma Walker in collaboration with media artist Grayson Cooke and composer Matthew Engelbrecht. Filmed at 200-400 fps and utilising the dramatic language of chiaroscuro, the film evokes a meditative and atmospheric space in which the viewer can experience a reverie of expanded time.
