Dan Day is a comic book artist and writer, who has worked on numerous characters during a career spanning more than 40 years. Day has dominantly worked for the American comic book market, assisted by his brothers and fellow comic artists Gene and David Day. Day was the artist of a new line of 'Sherlock Holmes' comic adaptations in the 1980's, one of the many highlights of his careers. Today, Day spends his time working on personal and commissioned work and attending conventions nearby his residence in Marysville, Ontario. Day says he prefers the smaller ones as people can talk to him as long as they want. "I come from the bronze age of comics. Not the gold, not the silver," says Day about his career.
