The 3rd Critical Element of Recovery is working a Wellness Recovery Action Plan. The WRAP helps you stay focused and identifies what works, and doesn't work. The WRAP is a living document that serves as a map to living a healthy, vital life.
You can complete the course in 16 weeks or take as long as you need. Once you successfully complete all 16 lessons in the course, you'll recieve a Letter & Certificate of Completion.
